Stanley Musial signed letter, dated March 8, 1949 to Fred Corcoran. Its a discution of the contract about appearance at the programs. Stanley Musial, nicknamed Stan the Man, was an American baseball outfielder and first baseman. He spent 22 seasons in Major League Baseball playing for the St. Louis Cardinals, from 1941 to 1944 and 1946 to 1963. Fred J. Corcoran was a golf tournament director, publicist, agent and business manager. Known around the world as "Mr. Golf," he was one of the first non-players to be inducted into the World Golf Hall of Fame in 1975. Very rare signature.
